For as long as I can remember, I have loved learning about the intricacies of our bodies. And how they respond to certain foods or lifestyle choices. I could talk for hours about the importance of probiotics and fermented foods. Or the fascinating effects of our circadian rhythm in our everyday life. And that’s my purpose for starting this blog. Sharing interesting topics in the hopes of someone learning something new or at the very least being inspired to make better choices in their day-to-day life. In a world of so many distractions, I want to live an abundant life rather than merely surviving. It is my hope this blog will be an encouragement to you to live abundantly as well.
